IGN64- The infamous IGN64. They have exclusive Dolphin news all the time. Since they are huge, they have many contacts. Definately worth a look.
Tendo Box- A N64/Dolphin site. They sometimes have exclusive content, so visit now and then.

EE Times- Although not a gaming site, they have gotton exclusive news all the time. Maybe not worth checking all the time; but techies will love this site.
Nintendo- Nintendo's own site is the first to get official news. Dolphin news is scarce, but when there is some, and it came from an official press release; they'll have it.
